COLUMBIA, Mo – At 12:11 a.m., Mon. Feb. 25, the City of Columbia Police Department received a report of an
incident were a male subject had grabbed a female students arm possibly attempting
to pull her into a vehicle. The incident occurred on Rollins Street near Richmond Avenue.
A female student walking westbound on Rollins
Street had a white male pull up beside her in a vehicle and ask her if she
wanted a ride. The female student declined the ride and continued walking
westbound on Rollins Street. The male exited the vehicle and grabbed her arm.
The female student pulled away from the subject and ran to a nearby
acquaintance’s house.
The suspect is described as a short white
male, slim build, and facial hair. The vehicle, possibly a Cougar, was described
as maroon, newer body style, and tinted windows.
