The University of Missouri Police
Department (MUPD) is asking for assistance identifying the following
suspect in reference to a fraud case. The victim misplaced his wallet
with credit cards and other items in November 2004. Since that time,
there have been fraudulent transactions on his credit card in
addition to a check being cashed at a local bank. The following photo
was obtained from a surveillance camera during one of the
