The University of Missouri Police Department (MUPD) is seeking community assistance in identifying an individual who was not wearing any pants and was seen in a parked vehicle in the area of Richmond Avenue near the Kappa Alpha Theta house on Feb. 8th around 9:10 a.m. and again around 3:00 p.m. The vehicle is described as a silver, newer model Ford Explorer possibly with out-of-state license plates. (Photo at bottom) The male is described as a white male, approximately twenty to thirty years of age, average build, and short dark hair.
Anyone who may have observed this individual, the vehicle, or observed a similar incident is asked to call Detective Alan Fish at (573) 884-3721.
