Injury Accident at College Ave. and Wilson Ave.:

At 2:01 p.m., Sept. 18, MU Police responded to an injury accident involving a pedestrian on College Avenue near Wilson Avenue. Upon arrival, MUPD officers located an injured individual who had been struck by a vehicle. 

Medical personnel also responded to the scene and transported the injured pedestrian to University Hospital.

The driver of the vehicle was treated at the scene and released by medical personnel. 

The investigation of the accident is ongoing at this time and no further information is available.

Names of the individuals will not be released until notification of family members.
