REQUEST FOR ASSISTANCE:

The University of Missouri Police Department (MUPD) is seeking community assistance in identifying a suspect from a strong-armed robbery that occurred at the University's Health Science Center at approximately 2:45 a.m., Oct. 15.   

Anyone with information on the following suspect is asked to call Detective Vernon Gerling at 573-884-2605 or Crime Stoppers at 573-875-8477(TIPS).

Suspect is described as:

1. White male
2. Five foot six (5'6") to Five foot eight (5'8")
3. Late twenties to early thirties
4. Short blond hair
5. Blue eyes
6. Wearing a red and black checkered flannel shirt with a white t-shirt under it
7. Blue jeans
8. White tennis shoes or Light brown boots
9. Black baseball cap
