STATEMENT ON ARREST FROM LARCENY AT FOOTBALL GAME

On December 30th the University Police Department arrested the following suspects for one count of class C Felony Stealing.  The larceny occurred on October 6, 2007 during the MU VS Nebraska football game when four money bags were taken from a vehicle containing funds collected for parking fees. 

Suspect 1: Juvenile from Fulton, MO
Suspect 2: Juvenile from Fulton, MO
Suspect 3: Michael J Davis, DOB: 04/05/1990, living at 1265 County Road 350 in Fulton, MO.

These arrests were the result of cooperative efforts with the Calloway County Sheriff’s Department.  Further details cannot be released at this time due to the ongoing investigation and pending legal actions.
