Up-Date Vandalisms on Campus:

As of February 12th, at 2:30 p.m., forty two (42) vehicles have been reported vandalized to the University of Missouri Police Department.  The investigation is still ongoing in this case but the following arrests have been made:

Zachary T Wayhart
Date of Birth: 12/15/1988
3 counts of first degree tampering related to the vehicle vandalisms
1 count of first degree tampering related to a vandalism in the Virginia Avenue Housing Complex

Matthew D Feldewerth
Date of Birth: 05/16/1988
3 counts of first degree tampering related to the vehicle vandalisms
1 count of first degree tampering related to a vandalism in the Virginia Avenue Housing Complex

Tyler D Eckert
Date of Birth: 07/26/1988
2 counts of first degree tampering related to the vehicle vandalisms
1 count of second degree tampering for setting off a fire extinguisher in Respect Hall
1 count of second degree tampering for clogging the toilet in one of the holding cells

Additional warrant requests have been submitted to the Boone County Prosecutor’s Office from this investigation.  This case remains under investigation and specific details will not be released about this incident as it may hamper future prosecution in the case.
